What We Love
Relaxing Lake Retreat offers a wonderful place to make memories with your friends and family! Full of entertaining perks throughout, the lower level of the home presents arcade games, a pool table, and a sitting area with a TV. When you aren't hanging out here, head for a true focal point of the property, the waterfront yard. Whether you're swimming in the invigorating waters of Bair Lake or showing off your barbecuing skills on the gas grill, rest assured that these moments will be shrouded in sunshine. Within minutes of your stay, you can appreciate all of Shady Point Campground's beauty, as well as Meyer Broadway County Park, Spirit Springs Sanctuary, and Pipewort Pond Nature Preserve.
Back inside, cuddle up in front of one of the three fireplaces, and tune into your favorite TV show or movie. When hunger arises, the full kitchen presents an excellent space to play chef with its granite countertops, center island, and stainless steel appliances.
The retreat's primary bedroom boasts its own fireplace, private outdoor access, and a spa-like ensuite bathroom. Indulge in moments of self-care when you utilize the bathroom's jacuzzi tub/shower combo and separate makeup vanity. There are also Bluetooth speakers in the bathroom ceiling. The home's interior amenities extend to a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and internet access.
As the sunset's yellow, orange, and pink hues begin to fill the night sky, head back outside and cheer to another vacation perfectly booked!

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Security camera details: There is a ring doorbell on each entry door to the home for a total of 2. In addition, 4 cameras are located around the exterior one on each corner of the house pointed out over property line and lake for security for our guests.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
