Visitors may bring their own boat to the island. If you bring your own boat you can go ahead and park at the dock. There is one docking station that is available to park a boat at.
PLEASE NOTE: Guests do not have access to the entire island. Please do not go past the no trespassing sign under the pergola past the blue house, that is the property line.
*Please note that this home can only be accessed by water taxi. It’s recommended that guests arrange for reservations 2 weeks in advance if possible, to ensure they can arrive to the home according to their plans. Foggs Water Taxi is the provider and can ferry up to 6 people per ride. Pricing starts at $55 per trip (one way) during the operating hours of 6:30am to 10:00 pm. Rates increase for off hours.
There are multiple port options but the Fogg Taxi Dock in downtown Portland is the easiest.
