There are lovely shaded patios with tables and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon aperitif complete. Beautiful yet surprisingly private pool area with BBQ, lounges to enjoy amidst lush gardens. You will instantly feel safe and at home.
The Bedroom and Lounge have ceiling fans to generate airflow and lounge windows double height slide open.

Other Things to Note:
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
