This is a safe and well-kept community located just off main access to Olde Town Arvada, Downtown Denver, Boulder, Red Rocks, and Denver Airport. There is a grocery store 3 minutes driving and 10 minutes walking as well as many restaurants in the area.

This apartment is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is very important. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. Guests will be required to provide a government ID upon check-in and a selfie may be required prior to booking. The profile name must match the ID.
Please note that we have installed cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside of the property. There is noise detection software installed on the inside of the apartment. This device CANNOT record or hear anything that is said, its function is to alert us if noise above a certain decibel level is reached.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000. You are welcome to step on to the patio and enjoy.
