Bedroom configuration is 1 queen in master bedroom, two bunk beds, and one queen downstairs. This is the perfect destination for those who wish to get away from the hustle and bustle in Melbourne, an easy 2 hour drive. A large balcony can be accessed from the main living area and is a beautiful spot to sit back, relax and enjoy the spectacular coastline in winter and summer. Beautiful birds will visit you while you enjoy the views.

You can see the stunning view of the water from our deck. Enjoy a glass of wine outside with a sizzling BBQ in summer where the kitchen and lounge overlook the balcony. Positioned on a spacious block dotted with beautiful native trees the kids will have a ball exploring our property while you relax.
With a modern facilities such as a modern kitchen including a coffee machine, very large fridge, dining table, sound system and 45 inch LCD TV with DVD player and split air conditioning, you have everything you need for your time away, Enjoy the open fireplace in winter or holiday in comfort in during summer with air conditioning. All bedrooms have heaters in each room.
Beautiful master bedroom upstairs opens up onto a balcony area and has its own ensuite, perfect for a couple to enjoy.
The spacious, sunny backyard features an array of native plants and fruit trees, attracting fascinating bird life, echidnas, possums and koalas. Our street is extremely quiet with only a few houses, and so private so you feel like you really are away from the city.

There are a number of walking and fire access tracks within the Cape Liptrap Coastal Park, and the adventurous will enjoy rock-hopping at low tide along the coast from Walkerville South to Bear Gully.
Enjoy the beautiful surrounds of Walkerville, either taking a taking a drive to waratah bay, venus bay or sandy point. Numerous recreation and relaxation facilities are within reach, such as golf courses, restaurants, South Gippsland wineries and art galleries.
