The Space:
Our sprawling house boasts four multi-sleeper bedrooms, seven beds, three full baths and one half bath. Thanks to the spreadout bedroom layout you can still relax in private even if you’re staying with additional friends and family. A large dining table accommodates 8 and a pool table offers endless entertainment. Sit by our heated pool & spa or take a stroll to the many restaurants within a stone's throw from our home. Pompano Beach's world class beach is a leisurely walk or a 1 minute drive away!

Our entire home is available to guests. Self-checkin instructions will be sent 48 hours before your stay.
Getting Around:
If you want to stay local, you will not need a car. You can walk to many restaurants, coffee shops, the beach and more. You would likely need Uber or Lyft for some destinations locally but can easily get away without a rental if your intent is to stay close to home. If you're looking to explore the greater Ft. Lauderdale/South Florida area, we highly recommend a car rental.
Other Things to Note:
THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED.
We are a dog friendly rental. We charge a non-refundable pet fee of $200. You can select the pet option in the same area you select guest count. If you have missed it, please reach out to us to pay your pet fee. Please inquire about multiple pets, multiple month stays and if you are traveling with cats.
The bunk beds in the photos have been replaced with a trundle bed.
We require an additional $1,000 deposit for local guests that book. Please inquire for details.
There is a neighborhood noise ordinance of 10:00 PM and ask that you please respect the neighbors. We ask that any socializing after 10:00 PM be done in the comforts of our spacious home and not outside.
CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Due to the popular nature of our rental, WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE EARLY CHECK-INS AND LATE CHECK-OUTS. We need this small window of time in-between guests to prepare for your stay.
TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked. In most cases (but not all), you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund. Many reservations may have a longer period for a full refund. Last minute bookings are typically non-refundable.
