The Space:
This is a two story home with stairs. There is one bedroom and one bathroom on the first floor and two bedrooms and one bathroom on the second floor. The comfy and modest open concept kitchen and living room are the perfect place to gather with the family for a meal or relax while watching a movie on our 66 inch TV!
The patio and private backyard have space to enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine and foliage. We keep some beach amenities on our patio shelf to help enjoy your time here such as an umbrella and some coolers. (Ice packs are available in the freezer). Beach towels are provided in the laundry closet.
Please note there will be work done on the backyard starting Monday December 2nd through Thursday December 5th. Workers will need access to the backyard during after 9am each of those days. the back patio will be avaliable for use during that time but the backyard will not be available to guests. Please reach out with any questions!
There is space for up to 4 cars in the driveway. The convenient location will make it easy for you to take advantage of all the wonderful attractions, restaurants, and shops that make South Florida so unique and fun while allowing a nice quiet place to retreat while you rest up for the next day of adventure!
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home except for the locked owners closets.

We provide Roku so you can connect and watch your various streaming services. (Note: We have one TV in the living room and two of the three bedrooms also have TVs).
This home is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside the home to allow us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). This sensor is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
There is a Ring doorbell camera outside near the front door for security. This is motion activated and records video and sound.
The subtropical location of South Florida is full of various types of wildlife, such as lizards, that can be expected near the property. Keeping doors and windows closed as much as possible can help to keep these and other critters outside!
