My wife and I are on the road full time in our Tiffin Motorhome and want to share our house in this super cool location! Downtown Vernonia, walkable to everything! Message me for any questions!

Fun location to explore the area. We are located 50 yards from the Banks Vernonia Trail and you can walk to the market, restaurants, parks. Everything downtown is just a block away! "House Book" coming soon, will have restaurant and activity recommendations!

Hawkins Park is a quick walk and during summer months there is a great swimming hole with a toddler swimming area. The Nehalem river and Rock Creek meet in Anderson Park, also a short walk. You can play in the river, swim, fish, kayak etc.
Walk over to Spencer Park on the Banks Vernonia Trail and there are baseball fields, playgrounds, covered basketball pavilion, skate park and lots of greenspace to run around.
Golf: There is a cheap local public 9 hole course about 8 minutes away.

Our 3 bedroom, 2 full bath house can accommodate your family and friends and we have covered storage for your bikes and kayaks! Our floorplan is open from the kitchen to the main living area and a nice secondary living area with dart board, foosball table, and game table. Our Dining Table is counter height and seats 8, 4 barstools and 4 added backless stools.
Main living room has real leather reclining couches, a 70 inch smart TV, and a convertible couch ottoman.
Super Comfy King bed in the Master. The next bedroom has a twin over twin bunk with a twin trundle/slideout, perfect for kids, plus a queen bed for the adults. The last bedroom has a twin loft over a queen bed plus a desk and chair if someone needs a quiet spot to work.
We also have air conditioning (New in 2021) which comes in handy on those hot summer days! Smart Google thermostat, easy to use.
The yard has a small fenced area for your pups! NO CATS please and thank you! Please pick up after your pups.
The large 1/3 acre green space adjacent to the house is free to use as well. Please do not park any vehicles there, the city will ticket and call us. This area is great for picnics, and yard games!
We have a small firepit that is available and in the fenced yard, please do not move the firepit out of the fenced yard. We are looking at adding a grill, but it is not a guarantee at this time.
The deck has 2 comfy chairs for you to enjoy morning coffee and don't be surprised if you are visited by Deer in the mornings. Below the deck is plenty of space to store your bikes and kayaks/toys.
The kitchen has plenty of dishes, coffee mugs and glassware. Also, standard pots and pans and cooking utensils are available. The dishwasher and gas range are both new and work great for whatever you want to prepare. There is a small microwave, COFFEE Keurig, toaster and more will be added as time allows.
Parking: There is room for 2 vehicles off-street in front. The back of the house has a gravel lot for additional parking, plus there is plenty of street parking directly in front of the house and parking lots nearby.
The market across the street has firewood, food, toiletries and just about anything else you might need. We recommend stopping at Trader Joe's, Walmart or Safeway in Hillsboro as the prices are much better there.
