Welcome to the Vivacious Vegas Oasis! Our 5 bedroom, 5 full bathroom two story 3,556 sq ft home is newly furnished with brand new decor. With space for up to 16 guests, our home is the perfect launchpad for your stay in Vegas. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, you’ll get to enjoy the best of both worlds being located a short walk from the highly rated All American Park featuring the All American Tennis Club and shop, soccer fields, football fields, walking trails, and the City of Las Vegas Dog Park with the RRA Padel club just across the street. Tivoli Village where the affluent of Las Vegas choose to shop and dine away from the strip is only a 6 minute drive and we’re located less than 7.5 miles from the Famous Las Vegas Strip. Just 8 miles (19 minutes) from the Convention Center and 9 miles (20 minutes) from the Raiders Stadium.
You’ll love entertaining outside in our backyard with a covered patio, basketball court, private sparkling swimming pool, spa, patio furniture, fire pit, and so much more. Inside we offer a fully equipped kitchen, sparkling clean bathrooms with towels and toiletries provided, brand new beds and linens (your comfort is important to us), spacious living spaces, and even a game room! It includes a pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, basketball shooting game, air hockey, soft tip dart game, two arcade stations with hundreds of games and more. Enjoy singing? We have a karaoke machine in the karaoke room too! There is so much fun to be had both inside and out, the toughest choice you’ll have is what to do first.
IMPORTANT! - This house is currently for sale, so it is possible that a real estate agent may want to show the home to a prospective buyer during your stay. If this happens, our staff will reach out to you to give you as much advance notice as possible of the showing.

Enjoy endless outdoor entertainment in our stunning backyard! We offer a large sparkling pool. Relax in one of the 12 lounges chairs around the pool, grass play area, basketball and pickle ball courts combined, play area for small children with swings, and a climbing wall and slide. We have an upper-level patio deck off the kitchen on the far left that has a fire pit area with a propane tank and a large lounge couch around the pit. Under the patio cover are two hanging swings, and a spiral staircase (be careful, use at your own risk), as well as four swiveling lounge chairs wh a footrest in middle. To the far right is a patio iron table with space for 6 and a BBQ with propane and a cooking island. Enjoy the beautiful sunny Vegas weather between your adventures in the city!

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
-The home is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :)
-Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.
-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $2,000. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
-Cameras around the property are for safety and are all facing gates or the side yard so we can see anyone who jumps the fence. These cameras are not on pool or patio areas, and there are none inside.
