This charming Victorian-style home has plenty of room for the family to enjoy all that beautiful Beaver Lake in the Ozark Mountains has to offer. Enjoy the outdoors from two levels of decks overlooking the lake. It may have gingerbread on the outside, but the interior decor is modern and fresh.
This lakefront home is the perfect getaway! A beautiful stone fireplace with large smart TV with streaming capabilities in the living room has lake views and a patio door to the main level deck. The kitchen boasts black marble counters for more than one chef, stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, a mixer, and a beautiful tile backsplash. The stove is electric, with a ceramic cooktop and a pot filler above the stove. The double sink looks into the living room with the fireplace, making a nice view. For a more unique flavor, head outside and use the Pit Boss Pellet Smoker. There is a beautiful two-story high ceiling in the dining room with lots of light and views of the outdoors.
The primary bedroom on the main floor has a private bath, a large walk-in closet, and access to the deck with an incredible lake view. The lower level is spacious, with two large rooms. When you come downstairs, you enter the living space with a TV. Past that is another big space with a small kitchen complete with a stove, refrigerator, double stainless sink, and microwave. Two patio doors in the kitchen/bed area make accessing the lower-level deck easy.
This wonderful home is located 13 miles from Eureka Springs with all its great restaurants, shops, shows, and music. It is a 41.6-mile drive from Crystal Bridges American Museum of Art, which houses the largest collection of American art in the United States and is a destination for art lovers from around the world. Branson, MO, and Silver Dollar City are about 60 miles away. But staying closer to home and enjoying the lake is a great option too. You can hike or mountain bike at Lake Leatherwood, also a short distance away. Fish or swim right off the dock or try to catch trout or walleye on the great White River fishery.
