La Villetta is located in a strategic point for those who want to enjoy the tranquility of the Marche countryside, while going to the sea every day and is an excellent starting point for visiting art and historical places such as Urbino, Gradara etc.
Also in the immediate vicinity, 2 minutes on foot, a grocery store and driving about 15 minutes by car, you will arrive at the splendid city of Pesaro.
A few km away is the Riviera Romagnola, Cattolica is only 17 km away.

On the ground floor: living room, hall, large kitchen, dressing room and bathroom with shower.
On the first floor: 2 bedrooms but nutrimonial and a large bathroom with shower and bathtub.
The two floors are communicated by an internal wooden staircase but, as you can see from the photos, we have also kept the very old external staircase that belonged to the house already at the time of construction.
The external shutters of the windows and large windows have remained those of the time, ancient, also restored, but without distorting their shape.
A large fenced garden surrounds the house, ideal for children to play safely and if you are in the company of your dog you will not have space problems. Beyond the fence there is a field planted with olive trees.
Tastefully decorated, you can find some antiques.
Every now and then we renew the furniture and move it here and there around the house.
Upon your arrival you may find a piece of furniture instead of another or different chairs etc.
We like to change often :)
Although behind the house there is another villa, all the rooms open their windows towards the wide countryside and the garden.
Peace and privacy are guaranteed.
In the house there is air conditioning and the wifi is satellite type.
The wifi is not amplified in all areas of the house, external and internal, as, being a historic house, the walls are very thick.
For now it has always been 100% working in case of bad weather it could have difficulties.

Dear guests,
In this particular period, we need your full cooperation so that we can have extra security.
Thorough cleaning procedures will be implemented with specific products according to the guidelines of our region.
It is essential that the house is left tidy and "cleaned" by you at your check out, to reduce the work that the specialized company will have to carry out.
ALL waste, kitchen and personal, must be thrown by you personally and ABSOLUTELY NOT LEFT IN THE HOUSE OR OUT in the garden and the used dishes must be washed CAREFULLY and placed in the appropriate spaces, carefully cleaned and disinfectants.
CLEANING COSTS AT CHECK OUT
We will not charge the cleaning costs, in advance, at check in but we will put you in contact with our collaborator, with whom you will make arrangements and pay directly on the day of check out. We have often had very clean guests who left the house in perfect condition, it will be up to you
Costs vary depending on how the house is left (from a minimum of € 50)
LINEN: ALL linen: - Sheets - bath towels - tablecloth - kitchen towels - napkins - sofa cover etc. - blankets etc at the end of the stay, must be placed by you in special bags, which we will put at your disposal at your check out.
In case you are in the company of your dog, the linen IS NOT PROVIDED, you must bring it from home.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE, high chair, camping / coat linen, changing table and various safety devices for children (stair gate, corner protectors, etc.) you must take care of this, paying close attention to your children.
Some contract rules
- by law we cannot accommodate people who are not declared at the time of booking.
- we love animals and they are welcome in our house but they should not be left alone, neither at home nor outside. Please do not bring more than 1 dog
- bring with you the health card which must be in compliance with vaccines and pesticides.
For the hygiene of all future guests, we ask you not to let your dog on beds and sofas and to obtain suitable covers.
We know they like to hide precious treasures but please NO to holes in the garden :).
- the communication of data to the police headquarters and the signing of the contract is mandatory under Italian law. After booking you will receive the rental contract to be signed and you must send it back to us by email with the identity documents of all guests. (the contract is in Italian, for the translation you can use an online translator)
- unfortunately, for work reasons, we do not have flexible check in and check out times, a dear friend of ours will welcome you upon your arrival (times indicated in the rules)
- We remind you that for all damages suffered and caused by guests, only the person who made the booking and his guests are responsible for it.
and in the event of damage, the guest is required to pay compensation for them at the time of check out or the competent authorities will be contacted.
Compulsory tourist tax for the municipality of Pesaro, to be paid at check in in cash.
