Groups will be pleased to find a portable basketball hoop, kid's toys & books, and a 55" TV in the living room; keeping the kiddos in your group well entertained, after a long day at the Beach! Meanwhile, Parents and Grandparents can sun themselves, read a book, or indulge in a glass of wine on the oversized back deck, while cooking dinner on the grill! Guests will find plenty of chairs and seating for outdoor dining and lounging.
Each bedroom has a wall-mounted AC unit, in addition to those found in the kitchen and living room. The renovated kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and a convection oven.
Located only half a mile from Roger Wheeler Beach and one mile from Scarborough Beach, allows for both a quick walk and drive to secure your spot for the best sand castles and boogie boarding...location is everything!
**Bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats will arrive in a big linen bag at your doorstep. The items are packaged in plastic to ensure that each renter is given a fresh set for their stay. This will mean making the beds, as I like to make sure that is understood as part of our efforts to put our renters' minds at ease regarding the cleanliness of the linens. Starter supplies are provided with each rental. Starter sets include at least: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap in each bathroom. Guests will need to bring anything they'll need beyond those starter supplies.
