The villa is spread over two floors: on the ground floor, there is a cosy living room, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bedroom with a single bed. Upstairs, we find 3 double bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and a washbasin. Additionally, the property features air conditioning in the hallway of the upper floor, as well as portable mosquito nets in the bedrooms. Outside, the villa has a perfect area for children, with a barbecue and an outdoor shower. This property welcomes families and groups of responsible adults but does not allow youth events or parties. DESCRIPTION OF THE AREA The Costa Dorada is the most laureated in Catalonia with 37 blue flag beaches, known for their quality and excellent state of conservation.
