room, a modern kitchen and 2 bathrooms (1 of which is en suite to the
master bedroom). From the fantastic terrace, furnished with tables and
chairs, you will be able to enjoy the most sensational views over the
sea and coastline beyond.
The ground floor is divided into 3 independent units (2 apartments and
1 studio), each benefitting from their own entrance and dedicated patio
areas. The ground floor is at pool level. (Please Note: the property is
rented as a whole; only those in your party would have access to the
ground floor along with the pool.)
There are 2 apartments with 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), each with
a kitchenette and bathroom with shower. The studio offers twin beds,
kitchenette (which is also useful as an extra preparation area for
drinks and snacks by the pool) and its own bathroom with shower.
The generously sized swimming pool is set within beautiful grounds.
There is a brick barbecue perfect for a grilled pool side meal with all
the family or friends.
Living Room
The living room has a dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player,
Satellite TV and Free WIFI. There are patio doors to the pool terrace
with Garden sea views.
Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, washing machine,

SECURITY DEPOSIT

years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
