The house is located in a beautiful setting, in the heart of Jospinet, a mussel farm site in the Bay of Saint-Brieuc. Between the sea and its changing colors and the soothing atmosphere offered by the adjoining forest, this place is ideal for a relaxing stay. The neighbors on either side of the garden are friendly mussel farmers, who cultivate bouchot mussels in the bay and travel with their picturesque wheeled boats. The shoreline slopes down to the beach right in front of the house.
