The nearest beaches are only 20 to 25 minutes drive away. The 10.000 square meter sub-tropical garden, filled with palm trees, bougainvilleas, many fruit trees (squeeze your own orange juice) and a large variety of colorful exotic plants, lovingly nurtured for over 50 years. The plot is located among fields filled with olive- and almond trees. The build of the house is distinctive and fitted with all modern conveniences. The impressive 150m long driveway, aligned by over 130 cypress trees, leads up to the 50-year-old colonial-style luxury villa. Casa Estoi is on one level and has been completely renovated during 2015/2016 with use of contemporary and authentic materials. A wide, arched veranda with a massive outdoor table overlooks the lavish 13x5 meters swimming pool with comfortable deck chairs, large parasols and a view of the garden and sea. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large ivy-covered terrace with a built-in outdoor BBQ.
The villa is also ideal for children who love to play outside in the safely fenced wide garden. There are over 200 cypress trees throughout the garden, giving Casa Estoi its distinctive character. Nature, swimming, culture, shopping, beaches, golf and/or just plain relaxation around the house: in our unique casa, holidays are how they are meant to be.
The villa layout
The one-level villa includes a large, fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, satellite TV, Sonos sound system and a large dining area. There are three large double bedrooms with air conditioning, satellite TV, a closet safe and an en suite spacious bathroom including washbasins, a separate shower and toilet. One of these bathrooms also includes a large bath and a bidet. The other 2 airconditioned bedrooms share one bathroom with a washbasin, a shower and a toilet.
Across the inner courtyard, at the front of the house, is the extension to the villa offering a playroom with snooker table. There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and iron available.
The space
The kitchen is fitted with all modern appliances, including a dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, ovens, a microwave and a Delonghi bean to cup espresso & cappuccino machine. All bathrooms and the kitchen have been constructed with polished micro cement, each in their own color. The living room has a Sonos sound system and satellite TV. Sonos is also available on the veranda. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire house and large parts of the garden. Bedsheets and bath linens are all on hand. For the little ones, there is a cot and high chair available. At the East-side of the house, there is a jeu-de-boules court (pétanque) for a fun game for young and old. A table tennis table is available with bats and balls. Around the pool are large parasols with comfortable cushioned deck chairs. Diving goggles, pool floats and other swimming pool accessories are also on hand.

The 'one level' villa includes a large, fully equipped kitchen, a living room with wood burner, satellite TV, Sonos sound system, airconditioning and a large dining area. All rooms are tastefully decorated with a Moorish touch.
The pool area
Summer life will be circled around the veranda, providing you with lots of shade and overlooking the pool terrace whilst sipping a cool drink or having lunch at the family-sized table. The terrace will also give you beautiful views of the garden, the city of Faro and the coastline. The large 13 x 5 meter pool, with outdoor shower, will be center stage during your holiday.

Bedrooms
Casa Estoi offers 5 beautifully furnished double bedrooms; 3 with a double bed and 2 with two single beds. The main 3 Master bedrooms have their own luxury bathrooms and the 2 other bedrooms share a bathroom. For more details of each bedroom see the individual presentations per room.
The Blue Room
This stylish decorated bedroom is only a few steps away from the pool. It has satellite TV, Airconditioning, and WIFI. The spacious en-suite bathroom comes with a large bath, walk-in shower, bidet, toilet and double washbasins. In addition, it offers a towel heater and mirror - and underfloor heating. The roomy bedroom closet includes a small safe.
The Yellow Room
Once again a luxurious bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom. Double doors opening directly to the pool terrace. Airconditioning, satellite TV and WIFI included. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, toilet and large washbasin. Towel heater, mirror -and underfloor heating are standard benefits. The airy closet includes a small safe for your personal belongings.
The Turquoise Room
Beautifully decorated bedroom with annex large bathroom. Double doors opening to the 'morning' terrace. This bedroom is also fitted with satellite TV, Airconditioning and WIFI. The en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower, toilet and double washbasins. And of course towel heater, mirror -and underfloor heating. There is plenty of closet space, including a small safe.
The Green Room
A cozy double bedroom with two single beds in Portuguese style. The bathroom next door is shared with bedroom no. 5 (The Bunkbed room). And of course, The Green Room has been fitted with Airconditioning and Wifi. The bathroom next door has a walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin as well as a towel heater, mirror- and underfloor heating.
The Bunkbed room
Although designed for the younger ones, the 200 x 90 cm beds can easily accommodate adults. The unique wooden staircase, leading to the upper bed, also functions as a closet, including drawers. This room has been fitted with Airconditioning and Wifi. The bathroom next door has a walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin as well as towel heating, mirror- and underfloor heating.

Olhao & Tavira are 15-20 minutes away with its islands & beaches, shops and typical Portuguese lifestyle & character. However, if you would like the more touristic places, it’s only 20 to 30 min. to Vilamoura, Albufeira and their beaches. Lisbon is a 2 and a half-hour drive away and should you wish to visit interesting cities in Spain (i.e. Seville), a 2-hour drive will take you there.
