** Description of the villa:
The interiors of the villa are recent and fully air-conditioned (cold or hot, depending on the season). From the entrance, the upper floor consists of a large living room, open to the balcony and the sea, is divided into two areas, one two sofas, a TV and a large window to the sea, and an open fully equipped kitchen with a dining area inside, and one outside on the balcony with a panoramic view on the sea. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hot plate, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, dishes, pots, coffee machine and everything you need to prepare your meals.
A bathroom with a shower and a toilet is located on this floor. The whole floor is fully air-conditioned (two units, for cold or hot, depending on the season).
A staircase leads from the living area down to the lower floor, dedicated to the bedrooms and main bathroom. Three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet are distributed around a large hallway. Two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with a sofa double bed) are located on the seaside, and have double glazed doors to a private covered terrace with views on the swimming pool, the sea, and the garden. One bedroom (with a double bed) is located on the other side of the floor, with a window that opens to the side of the villa. All bedrooms have fans, and the floor is air-conditioned from the hallway (one unit, for cold or hot, depending on the season).
All windows and doors have mosquito nets.
There is a brand new 5.5x3.5m swimming pool (about 150cm deep), open from the beginning of April to the end of November, ideal for children and adults to cool off, with a water recirculation system with a filter. The swimming pool is professionally maintained for your maximum hygiene. The garden offers three separate levels, and as many private areas to relax and enjoy the calm, with maximum privacy.
Finally, there is a washing machine, a vast BBQ area with a shaded outside terrace, and two parking spaces on the fenced property.
The villa is located in a quiet and exclusive area: Porto Heli is the St-Tropez of continental Greece. In a radius of 4 kilometers there is a variety of sandy, rocky and pebble beaches, various restaurants, ferries to and From Athens and nearby islands, and boat rental services with or without a skipper, and a supermarket.
A car is recommended; however, Porto Heli (or alternatively the neighboring town Ermioni, and its popular weekly fresh market on Thursdays) can also be reached by public speed boat from Piraeus/Athens(reachable from Athens International Airport by public bus or taxi) in 2:30 to 3 hours. The international Airports of Athens and Kalamata are reachable by car in 2:30 to 3 hours.
Many ancient and archaeological sites, including Corinth, Epidaurus and Mycenae, are reachable within a one or two hour drive.
🛏️ Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €20 per person. Beach/pool towels are not provided.
🧽 Final cleaning is not included. If you do not want to clean before departure, we can hire our cleaning company (surcharge: €80).
🐶 Pets are NOT allowed in this property.
💰 We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €300 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.
