VILLA PARAISO is inspired by the beauty of nature. We are surrounded by lush greenery, banana trees and birds of paradise which makes for a true nature experience, picturesque surroundings & serene ambiance. The house and pool is all exclusively yours giving you total privacy. whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space.
The space
Villa Paraiso is a very spacious area that has a total of 700sqm. The villa has 2 bedrooms (20sqm) and each room has its own spacious bathroom. the living room and kitchen is wide open with a direct access to the swimming pool. The garden has a total size of 800sqm including the parking area.

All the bedrooms have aircon plus wifi.. We have a generator to take care of the occasional power blackouts. Each bedroom will be made up for you at your convenience everyday. We also supply shampoo and soap as well a hair dryer.

To compliment the house we have a great team made up of 2 girls and 1 boy who are keen to make your holiday as seamless and pleasurable as possible. They will help with the cleaning everyday. They will also make your room up when convenient for you. We keep a stock of basic soft and alcoholic drinks in the kitchen/fridge which you can have at cost.

MARKET
The nearest market is in Villa Libertad Public Market. Its about 3mins away from our place. There are nearby restaurants inside Lio area. If you really need to purchase something,we recommend Prince market in El Nido Town. It has a wet market and supermarket. Prince Market is about 15 mins away from the villa. The huge wet market in El Nido where people usually go its 20 mins El Nido Public Market.

BREAKFAST,LUNCH AND DINNER
We don't have a restaurant, but we have some resorts nearby where you can order your food.
-Lio Villa (2minutes away by walking)
-Lio Beach (5minutes with a scooter, few restaurant by the beach)
- 86'd Gourmet Cafe and Bar (menu is on the table, you can contact them directly and they do delivery)

THE LOCATION
The small town of Villa Libertad is not crowded compare to El Nido Town. This area is slowly growing as the indigenous culture and society remain preserved by its humility. You can explore the village in a short-range by foot, a scooter is also available to rent if you want to go a little bit further to the town center or the neighbor village.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
You will see some small houses on the west side of the house. Right at the back of the house is a private place. The neighbor is warm and friendly, especially the owner of the surrounding properties.

IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOR
Irresponsible behavior and threatening and abusive conduct towards the host, maintenance, cleaners, neighbors of the house, and the villager will not be tolerated. The host will refuse to allow check-in to the house if there is any case and or information that assume the guest (s) have related to any irresponsible behavior, threatening, and abusive conduct toward the mentioned person above. The host also has a full authority to end guest stay in the house if there is any case and or information that assume the guest (s) have related to any irresponsible behavior, threatening, and abusive conduct toward the mentioned person above. No refund will be given regarding the cancelation/canceled stay due to irresponsible behavior, threatening, and abusive conduct toward the mentioned person above.
The host will not have a further responsibility to the guest once the booking is canceled and or the stay is ended.
