Kiskiras Estate is a unique 280m2 home designed in two levels, able to accommodate 12 people in 5 spacious bedrooms.
On the ground level (200m2), you enter in an open space living room with sitting areas and fireplace, kitchen with dining area and direct access to the pool terrace.
On this level, there is one master double ensuite bedroom with garden view and private terrace and a second double ensuite bedroom offering pool views from its windows. There is also one more double bedroom with pool views. A bathroom with shower and a WC are also available on the ground level.
Going up to the attic level (80m2) there is one twin ensuite bedroom and one quadruple bedroom consisting of 4 single beds and offering olive grove and sea views. Entrance to the fifth bedroom (quadruple) is through the fourth bedroom. On this level one a/c unit is available in the twin room that covers the whole space.
This family owned villa is surrounded by a 30.000 m2 (7.5 acres) estate with an unrestricted 360o view of the horizon, vast gardens, plane trees, American pepper trees, Leyland fencing, a private chapel, 78 m2 swimming pool & a five hundred square meters (500 m2) tennis court plus basketball court. Also, between two columns of Mulberrie trees lies a lawn paved court with football goals.
There is an extra roofed dining terrace with stone built barbecue, oven, as well as sink and cupboards. This spot is fantastic for get-togethers, al fresco dinners and outdoor fun by the pool!
Additionally, at the back of the villa there is a special enclosure for free-range chickens and for home growing organic seasonal veggies, herbs and greens for our domestic use.
Organic olive trees and fruit trees contribute to the venture for an autonomous healthy cuisine! Upon season and availability you have the opportunity to try them! At our gardens we cultivate fresh bio products, which you can freely collect and use during your stay.
Finally the villa is fenced and 100% safe if you are traveling with children. Please ask us about all baby equipment (cots, high chairs etc) and kids toys, which we can provide free of charge.

Our residence is located in a quiet and rural area of Messinia admist century old olive groves and the full of green of the Messinian land. In the closest village of Soulinari you can find a supermarket, cafe and pharmacy. In the nearby town of Pylos you can find a wider range of shops and services, seaside cafes and restaurants at just a 20min drive.

There are also monuments of worldwide significance including Ancient Messene, the Palace of Nestor and 33 medieval castles in the areas of Pylos and Methoni.
Kalamata International airport is 28km away while the vibrant center of the city of Kalamata is a 45’ drive. Kalamata is a lively city, capital of Messinia, famous for its blue flagged beaches and seaside promenade offering all kinds of shops, services, beach bars, water sports, restaurants, and nightclubs.
In 14 km at Kalo Nero, a beach in Kyparissia, is located the Information Kiosk of The Greek Sea Turtle Protection Society that monitors and protects the Loggerhead Turtle (an endangered species).
Messinia area has a rich history, archaeological sites and monuments to discover such as ancient theater & castles and many sandy beaches! Its fertile land is famous for its local tasteful products such as the popular Kalamata olive or figs!
Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from March to October, the tax is €10 per night, while from November to February, it is €4 per night.
