Villa Naiadi is simply breathtaking with its 230 sqm of charme and elegance developed on two levels, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a fantastic private pool and it can accommodate up to 8 people in the best comfort and a touch of luxury.
As you enter the property, you will soon be welcomed by its magnificient and well appointed outdoor:
a large pool area equipped with sun beds and various sitting areas, as well as dining facilities, BBQ, external Jacuzzi, all immersed into a wonderful garden with tall palms, olive and fruit trees.
The interior is second to none:
a mix of tradition and modern art with reproductions of famous paintings, such as pop art, impressionism and much more all perfectly married in one unique style.
As you approach the entrance, you will soon find a large living room that includes different areas:
relaxation, reading corner and conversation area, all decorated to the highest standard of quality and taste, with a particular attention to details with touches of lively colors throughout.
Moving on to the kitchen, located on this level, guests will find a fully equipped kitchen complete of all the modern appliaces and facilities, including a massive dining table with chairs, TV, breakfast bar and direct access to the outdoor terrace and pool area.
On this very level, there is a double bedroom, 1 bathroom and the laundry room.
Moving on to the first floor you will find 3 double bedrooms. The master bedroom has en-suite facilities, while the other two share a bathroom.
