THE LIVING AREAS…
Inside the main house, the open plan design provides a sense of spaciousness and the floor-to-ceiling door panels open to allow those wonderful tropical breezes to come through. The modern gourmet kitchen has everything an experienced chef might need to create wonderful meals and the dining area opens to the pool deck. The Guest House has its own living area and full kitchen.
THE POOL AND GROUNDS…
The spacious pool features three waterfalls and a nearby outdoor shower. There’s plenty of room in the pool area for everyone to relax once they’ve had a cooling dip, including a brand-new Tiki Hut with barbeque that will be great for dinner al fresco. The property is completely fenced for security and privacy, with three off street parking spaces.

** First Master Bedroom: Located in the main house with its own outdoor seating area. There’s a King bed and en-suite bathroom with a spacious custom walk-in shower.
