Villa Minotti is nestled amongst the green hills of the Upper Tiber Valley, in Umbria. Surrounded by an enclosed garden with lawn, the property offers several lounge areas with seating and coffee tables, ideal for relaxing while admiring the Umbrian landscape. Under a large patio you will find a dining table for 14 people.
The outdoor spaces are embellished by a private pool (3 x 12 m, depth 1.35 m), open from May to September, provided with sun loungers, gazebos and a toilette.
Moreover, a private parking area is available for guests (5 covered + 5 uncovered places).
Internal Description
Villa Minotti is made up of 2 separate, stone buildings: the tower and the farmhouse. The whole property can accommodate up to 14 people, has 7 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with double bed, ensuite bathroom (with shower), tv, air conditioning and mosquito nets. Internet Wifi is included. Baby beds and high chairs are available on request. Pets are allowed on request.
Farmhouse: The farmhouse is spread over 2 floors and houses 5 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom (shower) and a kitchen.
On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen (with fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender and coffee machine). Following is a double bedroom with independent entrance, suitable for disabled people.
The first floor consists of 4 double bedrooms, one of which with access via an independent external staircase.
Tower: The tower is set on 2 floors and features 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom (shower), and the spa (which can be used at an extra cost).
On the ground floor there is a living room, a tea room and a toilet suitable for disabled people.
Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms, one of which also has a mezzanine with sofa and armchair.
On the back of the tower, with access from the outside, you will find the spa, equipped with Turkish bath, emotional shower, a massage room and a toilet. There is also an outdoor hot tub in the garden.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (400.00€); electricity consumption over 300 Kw per week; use of the SPA (that can be used from from 3.30 pm to 6.30 pm at a cost of 240.00€); breakfast on request from 8.30 am to 10.30 am at a cost of 18.00€ per person per day; lunches on request at a cost of 38.00€ per person (drinks not included); dinners on request at a cost of 48.00€ per person (drinks not included); heating during winter months (from October to the end of April); extra beds up to a maximum of 2 (at a cost of 50.00€ per bed per day); midweek cleaning on request (200.00€); laundry service (15.00€ per wash); massages (55 minutes at a cost of 120.00€); change of sheets, bath towels and pool towels (150.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
