Villa Marianna is a wonderful villa with swimming pool surrounded by the green nature of the Sicilian countryside. The house has four double bedrooms and three bathrooms with shower, a further fourth external bathroom near the pool. The strengths of the villa are the outdoor spaces which spread over 1000 square meters surrounded by exotic plants and citrus groves. Ideal for those who love relaxation, elegance and comfort.

At first, the view: the blue of the sea and the green of the Mediterranean vegetation will leave you breathless. Smell: crossing the path that leads from the house to the swimming pool you will be surrounded by the intense and suffocated scent of aromatic plants in the garden. Taste: you will be able to savor the goodness of typical Sicilian products with genuine flavors. A dip in the crystal clear pool and you seem to touch heaven!
Villa Marianna is a building with a design that takes inspiration from and recalls the Sicilian period buildings that plays on the strong contrast of warm colors, very rustic in the finishes and the colors of the sea that best interpret the atmosphere of the island. The Villa covers an estate of about 1000 square meters. The front door leads to the parking area and the main entrance to the house. Inside you enter a large living room with dining area, comfortable and elegant sofas and armchairs, a fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower and the laundry area. On the first floor there are four double bedrooms of which the master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower. One room is made up of 2 bunk beds for a total of 4 beds. On request we can add 1 folding bed!. The other 2 bathrooms have a shower. Each room represents a Sicilian atmosphere through the contrast between white and the color of the island: the yellow of the lemons, the green of the countryside, the blue of the sea, the turquoise of the sky.
Outside is the swimming pool, surrounded by exotic citrus groves and fragrant Sicilian jasmine plants. The pool area is furnished with chaise lounges, outside shower and toilet. Near the pool there is a large patio with a refrigerator, and a barbecue. The patio is furnished with a table and chairs to accommodate up to 12 people.

The property is single and independent, all the areas in the photos are private and exclusive for customers who book and stay overnight.
The Villa is located in a strategic position near there are supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, a few steps from Lido Vetrana, the port of S. Nicola The arena is 3 km away where you can rent boats or rafts, 32 km from Cefalu ', 31 km from Palermo, 52 km from Falcone Borsellino airport, and 1 km from Trabia station.
At the request of the customer we have a transfer service from the airport to the villa and vice versa! The costs of the service are charged to the customer.
Upon request, we can organize all-day tours based on the destinations and the number of people! The rate includes car/minivan with driver and tour guide!
The Villa offers its guests the use of bicycles for children, a free service!
If you are a sailing enthusiast and you love the sea and nature, we can organize day trips for you.
