The area is equipped with a sun umbrella and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a splendid view of the lake and of the mountains. The pool is open all year round.

The patio is partly shaded by an elegant porch. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the lake and of the mountains.

The first living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming, and include two sofas, three armchairs and a desk. There is an elegant fireplace. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels), a DVD player and a CD player. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the swimming pool through four French doors. The room also has a window with a view of the lake.
Dining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room from the living room. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming. The dining table can accommodate 14 guests.
