The main entrance of the villa, accessed via a grand staircase, overlooks a vast park of 5000m2 with a beautiful private swimming pool (16m x 8m, depth 150cm) for use exclusively by
guests. The villa can comfortably accommodate 20 people and has a beautiful loggia from which you can enjoy stunning views of the surrounding countryside.

All bedrooms with two single beds can be made into doubles on request.
On the mezzanine floor (accessed both from the lower ground floor via a spiral staircase and from the exterior via the stairs of the main front entrance): entrance, living room with fireplace, living room with satellite TV and games table; dining room; kitchen with eight electric burners, large electric oven, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher; access to the external furnished loggia of about 40m2.
