Main building: there are two bedrooms with double beds and air conditioning on elevated living area with comfortable furnishings. Spacious and livable kitchen with pizza oven. Espresso machine (classic espresso maker) available. The bright and pleasant living room offers a large dining table which overlooks the garden with pool. Moreover has the living room with flatscreen different seating. In a separate part of the living room is a cozy fireplace. Washing machine and dishwasher are available. Bathroom with shower / WC / bidet. A staircase leads to the first floor where a terrace with gazebo located and is the ideal place to enjoy from here a dinner with sea views. Cot available. Wifi and satellite TV are available.
Dependance: 45 m from the main building there is a separate annex with small living area and double bedroom with air conditioning. Bathroom with toilet. Dedicated facility.
Exterior: The grounds of this house is to variety it offers. A very nice veranda in front of the main building overlooks the Mediterranean garden and is perfect for relaxing or dining. In the garden inside with large lawns and olive trees, the swimming pool is for private use of guests. This is an edgeless overflow basins. Outdoor shower, barbecue and garden furniture are available. For the children provides the grounds on the lawn, a playhouse, a swing and a slide for children.
