Torretta Macramè is a villa for rent, for six guests, in Speziale di Fasano (Br), not far from the sea. Including a lamia and two adjacent casolari, it consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a private swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests.
The interiors of the villa for rent, curated in collaboration with Spezyale Design Atelier, enhance the materials, themes and colors of the surrounding landscape through the solicitations and the encounter with contemporaneity. Thus a bathroom is bordered by yellow formwork wooden walls so as not to damage the pre-existing plaster of the other walls characterized by elementary graffiti that narrate the experiences of previous users. And the bright yellow in which jute is dipped, a material with a poor, raw and material soul, refers to the light of the Apulian sun.
Macramé, is an important embroidery stolen from history and haute couture and is used for an aerial screen that falls to the ground floating and even, in soutache declination, as a structural texture for a resin floor. The print with iconic subjects of the territory which embellishes by contrast the white of the lime of the internal walls and vaults, used to cover furnishing accessories recovered from masserie, alleys and ruins.
