Villa Fresia is a splendid and luminous two-story villa built on the sloping cliff in front of the sea. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Fresia you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. Villa Fresia is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features a private swimming pool and a private jacuzzi pool, two panoramic private terraces with a view of the sea and of the coastline, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from Maiori, where you will find restaurants, shops, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant at 200 meters (660 feet), the stop for the SITA bus a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach at 200 meters (approximately 656 feet) including 160 stairway steps (other beaches with less steps to climb are also available in the area). You will reach Villa Fresia from the parking area going up a walkway that is cut into the rocky cliff and includes approximately 90 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Fresia. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. The parking space is suitable for up to two cars.

Swimming Pool
The above-ground swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 7 meters (23 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. It can be heated if requested (please enquire with our staff). The area is equipped with deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.
Terrace 1
The first terrace is 400 square meters (4300 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with small round-shaped sofas, as well as with tables and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi.
Terrace 2 with jacuzzi pool
The second terrace is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It features an above-ground heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with four seats. The jacuzzi pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October (the jacuzzi pool can be heated, if requested -- additional cost applies, please enquire with our staff). You will be able to enter it first terrace climbing 26 steps. It is equipped with deck chairs and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coastline.
Garden
The garden is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the sea.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The living room is paved with elegant wood. The furnishings are elegant and bright, and include a sofa and two armchairs. There is a small fireplace. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the first terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The room also has a porthole window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has no windows, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is tiled with lucid blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a chromotherapeutic shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
First FloorBedroom 3 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the third bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the small balcony through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom through an access area.
