An external staircase leads to the entrance on the first floor. Here you will find the stylish living and dining room with a large extendable dining table for 14 guests and French doors opening onto the balcony, a wonderful setting for long dinners overlooking the garden. The modern, fully equipped kitchen offers every convenience and also has access to the balcony. The living room features a comfortable seating area, television, DVD player and WiFi.
This floor offers four bedrooms. Two spacious rooms have double beds (180 x 200 cm) and two identical rooms have double beds (160 x 200 cm). In total, there are two bathrooms, one with toilet. For added entertainment, there is a games room with pool table, air hockey and table football.
Outside
The large terrace overlooks the garden and the private swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers. Near the pool you will find a small kitchenette with refrigerator. At the front of the villa, a stylish lounge set invites you to enjoy an aperitif in the evening sun. Private parking is available on the property.
