This old Bastide of approximately 80 m2, recently renovated, carefully decorated and equipped with high quality equipment, can accommodate up to 4 people with the possibility of accommodating a baby (travel bed available). A real cocoon perfectly suited to families, the house consists on the ground floor of a very comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, toilet, laundry room (washing machine, dryer, iron) as well as direct access to the terrace exterior and private, fenced garden allowing you to enjoy the sun.
Upstairs, you will find 2 magnificent bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and toilet.
The property is located in the immediate vicinity of the Etang de la Bonde, where you can enjoy the wooded and green setting for swimming or beautiful walks.
The village, surrounded by vineyards, olive trees and almond trees, is ideal for enjoying long walks with the family, on foot or by bike and admiring the magnificent Provençal landscapes.
