• 2 minute walk to Apollo Road River CityCat & Ferry Terminal. This river transport is the most beautiful way to travel & see much of what Brisbane has to offer including: Brisbane City Centre, Portside, Southbank, Eat Street Markets, the universities (QUT & UQ), Racecourse Road, New Farm Park & much more.

• 2 large open plan living areas, one of which has a well equipped kitchen which includes a NESPRESSO Coffee Machine and 2 large concertina glass doors that open out onto the beautifully breezy courtyard with large Barbeque & outdoor dining table which facilitates inside/outside living.
• Free WIFI that works throughout the villa including the courtyard.
• The property has Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning, but even without it, it is lovely and cool for the summer weather with cliff top breezes and ceiling fans throughout.
• All windows have mesh security and Mosquito Screens to ensure your maximum comfort & security.
• Multiple pleasing sitting areas with both inside and outside dining areas for 6 or more people.
• Internal access to the fully equipped laundry (Washer & Dryer).
• FREE & AVAILABLE PARKING is on one of 2 quiet streets with the option of accessing the property either by 25 stairs leading up to the private entrance of the villa or ALTERNATIVELY, for those who prefer not to have to use the stairs, there is a walk through easement leading you to this same private entrance. You are able to drive up to the property for the purpose of dropping off luggage items.
• Games, puzzles, DVD's, CD's, books and a nintendo wii are provided for your enjoyment during your stay.
• A starter selection of some basics are supplied including: Paper Towels, Washing Liquid, Dishwasher Cubes, Salt & Pepper, Cooking Oil, Sugar, Tea and Washing Powder.
• Full bathroom with a separate toilet as well as a separate vanity/powder alcove which allows for a number of guests to all get ready at the same time in the mornings.
• Complimentary Portable Cots & High Chairs & baby bath available on request.

We have been providing Short Term & Holiday Accommodation in the Bulimba & Hawthorne urban village for many years now, and our properties are all of a standard, and equipped with all the comforts that we would expect from properties where we choose to stay ourselves.

Guests will need to provide management with a $500 security deposit which is fully refundable if the property is left clean and undamaged, the keys are returned and guests leave by 10.00am on the day of departure.
