Welcome to Coastguard View, this stunning recently refurbished ex Royal Navy Transmitter Station is not to be missed. The views from all primary rooms are fantastic night and day, summer or winter you will not want to miss out. Entering the property, you are welcomed to a bright a spacious hallway, stepping into the open plan kitchen/dinning/living area where you are welcomed with large windows and French doors opening out on to the large patio. The kitchen is well equipped with electric oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The living room offers comfy sofas and Smart TV. The shower room can be found on the ground floor where there is a basin, double shower, toilet and heated towel rail. Enjoy the sunset from the main bedroom on the ground floor. Upstairs there is another bedroom which is twin with two single beds. Outside is where you will want to spend your time here, relaxing on the garden furniture with your own space to enjoy the stunning views, you could spend hours here watching the world go-by with the ever-changing weather and sea.
The view across Portland Bill is one not to be missed, here you can visit many local attractions from a day out exploring the many climbing routes, diving, walking, sailing, cycling and many more Portland has to offer. There are various coves which are perfect for swimming or relaxing on the sandy beaches. Chesil beach is a short drive away, here you can enjoy a day relaxing or again more exploring with walks which can take you miles along the stunning Jurassic Coastline. Being home to some of the finest small boat sailing waters in northern Europe the Isle of Portland is an ideal setting for sailing, windsurfing and other outdoor activities. Situated close by is the Weymouth and Portland National Sailing Academy, where the national sailing championships are frequently held throughout the year.
