Wow! This cozy home is a combination of style and elegance in a serene family-friendly neighborhood.
Being only a couple of miles away from the amazing downtown Summerlin offers you the utmost fine dining and shopping experience.
There are many places here where you can enjoy the outdoors like the Red Rock, parks, and the community center that has nice swimming pool.
Summerlin hospital is also a couple of miles away. Highway 215 nearby provides you a quick access to anywhere in Las Vegas.
This is a single story home with access to the garage.
Kitchen: One of my favorite places in the home is the fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances that makes it easy for you prepare and enjoy all your meals during your extended stay.
Primary Bedroom: Retreat to your inviting room after a long day of work or being out. Get the most relaxing rest in the super comfortable bed. The blackout curtain makes it easier for you to get your beauty rest anytime of the day.
Bedroom 2: There is a work desk and comfortable ergonomic chair in this room that can be used as an office. However, it has a queen bed as well for more of group members.
Bedroom 3: This bedroom has two twin beds. One of them is on the trundle under the main one and it can be lifted up to make a king size bed. There are connectors in the top drawer of the wardrobe by the bed to hold both bedframes together.
Primary Bathroom: The primary bathroom has a deep bathtub and shower combination with multiple shower heads for for you to shower how you like. The toilet is secluded and has a door for privacy.
Bathroom 2: The second bathroom has standing walk-in shower and built-in bench that makes it easier for anyone who cannot climb into the bath tube to shower.
Backyard: The backyard is super spacious and fenced for privacy. The patio has a ceiling fan and outdoor furniture for you to enjoy a refreshing fresh air outside. You can also throw some food on the charcoal grill while out there.
Please treat the home with care and keep it in good condition as you find it to allow other guests after you enjoy the home as well.
There is absolutely NO SMOKING or use of illegal drugs in the house. You may smoke in the backyard only and cleanup your cigarette waste after yourself. Please DO NOT smoke in the front porch to respect the neighbors. Their front porch is really close to this one.
This is a very calm, quiet, and family-friendly neighborhood. Please be mindful of that and do not disturb the neighbors to prevent them from complaining.
If you are here with your pet, please clean up after them immediately. You will be charged an extra $200 if we find any pet droppings inside and outside the home after you checkout.
Please also note that you CANNOT leave your pets at home by themselves, except if you place them in a kennel. You will be solely responsible for any damages caused by your pet.
