Come, get away from all the city noise and city lights in this lovely, well maintained 1500+ sq ft home in a very quiet resort with a real "vacation" feel to it. Yes, you can actually see and enjoy the stars at night!!!
Come, relax, enjoy the hot water mineral pools and spas, play a little tennis or a friendly game of pickleball, throw some horseshoes, take a walk or bike in the park. Or, how about a brisk and popular hike in the surrounding desert. Good chance you might hear the early morning, wide repertoire of a very chatty mocking bird, spot a wiley road runner or a well camouflaged desert lizard.
Plus, there are innumerable activities and attractions all around the Coachella Valley too! Never a dull moment. Unless you prefer one, of course!
Our large, amazing 2 bed 2 bath home, with a great floorplan, is situated on a very quiet culdesac in the Sky Valley Resort community. This home is in excellent condition and will not disappoint. As you walk up to the home you can't ignore the beautiful landscape and curb appeal. The huge patio deck and enclosed sun room that have been added are just amazing. The front deck is large and invites you to sit and read a book or, doze off while enjoying the surrounding mountain views. And the enclosed add-on sun room, with lots of windows and an electric fireplace, is a favorite hangout. Can’t you just picture yourself waking up and having your morning coffee while looking through all the tall windows that let in sooooooo much light!
As you venture through the home you will enter into a large living room, with a huge, leather corner sectional couch with 3 built-in recliners, a 60” Visio Smart TV and Sony DVD player for your entertainment. A large, open, adjacent dining area features a wooden table that seats 6 people very comfortably. The bright cheery kitchen features a gas range, large double door refrigerator with icemaker, plus a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, single serve and 12 cup coffee makers. And plenty of pots, pans and utensils for cooking or baking your favorite meals and deserts.
The master bedroom and guest bedroom, both with queen size beds and comfy mattresses, are on opposite sides of the home. The master is big with a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom is conveniently located right next to the guest bathroom. The kitchen and large dining area separate the two bedrooms rooms and both are very bright.
Through the kitchen you enter the laundry room, with an extra freezer for those longer stays. Just beyond the laundry room is a 2nd add-on room that is great for that office away from home, including a fold open, slide out desktop for your computer and printer use.
There is a nice sized patio deck off the back room with a few citrus fruit trees. This is just a great place to greet the morning sun and enjoy that first cup of coffee and a few moments of solitude before you begin your daily activities in Coachella Valley! And maybe you'll be lucky enough to experience the sweet smell of citrus in bloom.
This desert get-a-way provides free, secure high speed wi-fi for our guests. Other amenities include board and card games, jig saw puzzles, spare towels, blankets, bed sheets, pillow cases.
Please note: for safety and security reasons, there is a video surveillance system on the exterior (only) of the home.

(Your VRBO Profile/history must show at least one favorable 5 Star review.) If you have no VRBO reviews, be prepared to offer/attach satisfactory reviews from similar online booking agencies. (Example: screen shot of other reviews, pdf or jpeg format please). If you cannot offer any satisfactory reviews, VRBO or otherwise, please do not bother to make a reservation request.
4/ There is a minimum 3 days stay and maximum stay is 28 days.
5/ PLEASE NOTE: A signed Vacation Rental Lease Agreement and deposit required within 24 hours to secure your requested dates. (To help expedite your Reservation Request, please find, download and preview Agreement in this listing, prior to requesting reservation.) An email will be sent requesting signatures once your Reservation Request has been received by us.
