The Space
Bali Emerald Villas is a unique complex conveniently located in the heart of Sanur. 24 hr. security is provided and back-up generators are in place should any power outage occur. Villa D-3 is conveniently located in the complex, tucked into a corner with drive-up convenience to the front Bali door. Our most praised asset is our lovely Balinese housekeeper, Kadek, who will take care of you during your stay. Her duties include making up the rooms, general cleaning in the villa and full laundry service, including ironing. She will also be happy to help you with your local shopping needs and preparation of meals.
Guest Access
If the guest’s request is for a one bedroom only booking, the second bedroom will be locked off for the duration of their stay. The housekeeper’s area (washer/dryer, storage, etc.) will be locked off when she goes home for the evening. Otherwise you have full run of the villa and all the amenities.
Interaction With Guests
The owners share their time between Jakarta and Sanur, Bali but recently have been spending more and more time in Bali. No worries though, we are only a phone call away and stay in very close contact with our housekeepers. Any concerns you may have can be quickly communicated, considered and addressed.
Other Items To Note
We are just beginning our second year of self-management of our personally owned villas. We are very proud of our accommodations and will be working hard to make your stay a pleasant one, focusing on winning your return business. We are hopeful you will share your positive experiences with family and friends and your online reviews.
We have recently conducted significant renovations and upgrades to the villa in order to make our guest’s stays more comfortable. Additionally we are offering complimentary airport pickup and drop-off services (min. 5 night stay) and will offer our guests a free late check-out as required provided there are no conflicts with incoming guests.
Amenities... too many to mention, but we will anyways:
You will feel safe and secure with 24 hr., round the clock, security. Back up power (gensets) are up and running quickly when the grid goes down, thanks to the villa complex standby Engineering staff.
Entertainment wise, there is a 52" flat LCD TV in the living area, a 46" LED TV in the master bedroom and a 32" LCD TV in the upstairs bedroom. A DVD library is provided along with media player capability for all TV's. Satellite, Cable and or IPTV are provided on all TV's for your news, movies, sports and serial TV needs.
All indoor bathroom showers have been upgraded to Toto Rain Shower thermostatically controlled units. Just set the temperature to your preference once and it will always remain the same. Might be a small feature to mention but we love it. Additionally both bathrooms in this villa feature a private, outdoor, open air "Bali shower". Those who love it, love it a lot.
We have recently installed a large covered deck on the property for all your BBQ and outdoor cooking requirements. Check out the photos and we think you will appreciate the upgrade. Enjoy an afternoon chilling and grilling on the deck and we know you will agree this is definitely a fantastic upgrade for the villa.
2 complimentary bicycles are included with the villa. Hop on and pedal down to the beach, the beach path or check out up and down Jl. Danau Tamblingan. (main street).
Fancy a BBQ. Our villa includes unrestricted usage of a high end professional, 5
burner imported Broil King grill. These units retail for approximately AUD 2,000 here in
Indonesia but are very difficult to find these days. Doubtful you find one of these beasts in any other rental villa. Slip another shrimp on the barbie ...
In the mood to be pampered... Our Housekeepers can arrange for personal services, including massages, mani/pedi, facials, etc. in the villa at your convenience. These services have been pre-approved by owner Ibu Lany; Not good enough for her, not good enough for our guests.
We can also assist you with any and all requirements to take better care of the
safety and comfort of your little ones. We can provide complimentary baby cots,
bedding, towels and high chairs. We can arrange a swimming pool barrier fence, should you require for your peace of mind during your stay with us. (Fees apply, please ask for quotation)
What else can we do to make your stay more enjoyable. Just ask us. We will consider any requests. After all, we are in the hospitality business... and we want you to come back and stay with us again.
