A Few Things To Note To Make Your Vacation More Fun.....
You can rent a 2022 Model 3 or 2023 Model Y Tesla long range AWD with full self drive capability during your stay. Let us know before your arrival so we can make arrangements. This is based on availability. Get it delivered to the airport or on the driveway upon your arrival.
Pool and spa heat is not included in the nightly rates. There is an additonal fee of 40 per night to heat the pool and spa. Or $400 per month for longer stays. If you decide to pay for pool/spa heat it must be for the entire stay. Please note it takes 24 hours to heat the pool so paying before you arrive would be great. That way the pool will be heated when you arrive based on outside temperatures.
You can rent a BBQ grill and have it delivered for your stay along with a baby crib or stroller...The home provides high chair and play pen.
There will be a $500 charge if the smell of smoke or evidence of smoke is in the villa upon check out including E-cigaretts. Absouletly no smoking allowed in this pool villa. Smoking can be done anywhere outside as long as all exterior doors are closed.
Additionally cleaning fees apply if the villa is left excessively dirty or with excessive garbage.
We provide a starter kit of toiletries to help you get your vacation to a great start. Our starter kit inlcudes garbage bag, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, soap, coffee, etc.
During your stay
There is a locked owner's closet located close to the master bedrooms . This is used to store owner's items. Guests as no access to this closet. There is however lots of closets and storage in the home
“We have installed a Ring door bell for the safety of both guest and property. This cameras is actively recording. This camera does not face in the interior of the home in any way. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.”
Pets are allowed. Dogs only under 30 pounds. Only 2 dogs per reservations. Pet fee of $30 per night for each pet and a $100 security deposit for each pet. Extra cleaning or damage fees apply if the pet destroy any property or create excessive mess. Pets are not allowed on couches, beds or any furniture. You will need to bring your own sheets and comforters to use if you want your pet on the beds or couches. By staying with us you are agreeing to these rules for your pet.
No pets allowed except Service Animals as required by Law.
.It is our pleasure to accept your group and your service dog. Please let us know the following before checking in if you are travelling with a Service Dog legally allowed by the ADA .
1. Is the dog a service amimal required because of a disability?
2. What work or task had the dog being trained to perform and will the dog be left in the home by itself at anytime during your stay?
We do not charge extra for a service dog, nor do we increase the security deposit. Guest remains liable for all and any damages caused by people or dog .
Under the ADA , service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal's work or individual's disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal or other effective controls. The animal must be under control of the handler at all times therefore never left alone in the home.
If we discover that a guest has misrepresented a pet as a service animal. we reserve the right to seek financial restitution, report fraudulent claims to the government authorities and evict the guest (s) without fruther notice. In the latter case there will be no right to a refund or unused rent.
In 2022, both Airbnb and Airlines no longer treat Emotional Support Animals as Service Animals. If you have a ESA, please fliter search for pet friendly properties only. Our home will not be a fit for ESA,
We will need a copy of the drivers license of the person making the reservation before check in to satisfy our HOA requirements and a list of all guest over the age of 18 years old.
