Restored skillfully from a medieval hamlet, Fattoria degli Usignoli is a series of blissful, modern holiday apartments with the quaint charm of traditional Tuscan architecture. The property on offer is a convenient ground-floor apartment with a peaceful setting featuring an exposed-beam ceiling, terracotta floors and a window with a wooden arch from where you can soak up a wide view of the gentle Tuscan landscape. There is an LCD TV, dining, air-conditioning and a kitchenette with an induction hob and fridge inside the apartment for a comfortable and carefree stay.
A private terrace is also available for spending carefree moments of relaxation, meanwhile, the well-tended gardens are full of things to do. There are 2 beautiful, shared swimming pools with sun loungers and parasols. For more active guests there is a tennis court, a football pitch, table tennis, roller skating area and other children’s games.
There is a riding school on site and treks on horseback can be arranged. Guests can also rent bicycles to explore the surrounding area. The Fattoria has a communal sitting room, restaurant and a wine shop.
