Enjoy the beach after a short 3-minute walk. Each bedroom has been thoughtfully curated to provide a hotel-like experience with 4 comfortable king beds and a 5th bunk-room for kids or large parties, while keeping the family and friends close together in a beautiful private home.

We offer a 5-bedroom home that has been fully renovated to provide a relaxing experience with family and friends.
Each bedroom is designed to give you a hotel-like experience (without a kitchenette), including a 43" or 50" Roku TV, a desk + chair with a makeup mirror, full body mirror, accent chair, and incredibly comfortable beds to sleep in. We want to make sure all guests sleep comfortably, which is why we have FOUR separate king bedrooms with the same amenities.
- DOWNSTAIRS -
Bedroom 1 is a junior master suite with a private bathroom attached and a king-sized bed, walk-in closet with beach amenities stored inside.
Bedroom 2 is yet another king-sized bed + purple mattress, sharing a bathroom with the bunkroom. This bedroom also has access to the backyard.
Bedroom 3 is a bunkroom, equipped with 4 full-size beds, and 3 twin beds. This is a perfect room for kids to sleep or fit more family/friends for larger parties.
- UPSTAIRS -
Bedroom 4 is our Master Suite with another king bed + purple mattress, and a private attached bathroom with a tub and his/hers sinks. This room has access to the deck, 2 closets, and extra some space.
Bedroom 5 is another king bed + purple mattress, with a walk-in closet.
The living room features 2 extra large deep-seat leather sofas that are incredible comfortable to lounge on, with 2 large accent chairs, and a 75" screen TV. Plus, the entertainment console has board game inside if you run out of other things to do! A baby gate at the top of the stairs will help enable your kids to roam this space safely.
The dining room features an extra large dining table with 10 solid teak dining chairs with armrests, hand-finished by yours truly. There is also 6 stools for island dining seating, but guests may also use the additional deck seating if desired.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, adult and baby utensils, a coffee/bar nook. There are also 2 high chairs in the snack closet for baby seating, that can be strapped to a dining chair if used.
There is a large laundry room with cleaning supplies for your additional convenience.
- OUTSIDE -
We have a deck that wraps all the way around the house. Lounge in the back, or grill and feast in the front adjacent to the kitchen. We have an electric Traeger grill, which allows you to smoke or grill your home-cooked meals.
The backyard features a firepit, seating, a hammock, and sun loungers for you to relax with. There are backyard games in the storage pin including corn hole, Ladderball, spike ball, and more.
