When we say convenient, we mean it! This private family home is just a 10 minutes from the very best Sheridan has to offer, while only a short drive to downtown! Downtown you will find great antique stores, wine bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shopping are all a short distance away.

Red-grade Road is a popular route up the mountain face, open in the spring and summer season although closed to cars in the winter.

If you still want to see the mountains but prefer less rugged or are traveling in a 2WD vehicle, head up above Dayton, Wy to find a highway leading right to lake Sibley, Steamboat Rock and much more!

Museums and historic landmarks fill the area with an award winning golf course only 10 minutes away!

Getting Around:
Sheridan Wyoming is a perfect sized community. You will find most attractions are under 10 minutes away, some 30-60 minutes, but well worth the scenic drive! Museums and incredible restaurants, kendrick park and more are all within close proximity.

Absolutely no smoking anywhere on-premises. $300 fine for any smoking/vaping on-premises.

Property does use filtered well water and Septic. Please be mindful to not flush anything that does not belong in toilet or drain. Thank you!

Trailer parking is available.

Quiet hours from 10pm – 7am every day.

Cancellation policy strictly enforced.

Garbage can be found next to entrance of property. Trash is picked up on Thursday.
