**Due to COVID-19 we have changed our cleaning best practices to include disinfecting all surface areas, door handles, light switches, remotes and commonly used items. These added to our typical cleaning of all linens, floors, bathrooms and dishes. Our cleaning staff will also be following new protocols, wearing masks, gloves and foot coverings. We also will include some hand sanitizer and face masks with the starter set of amenities we currently supply. These measures will hopefully exceed best practices for maintaining a safe & healthy home. **
We would like to welcome you and your family & friends to our recently updated Orlando area 6 Bedroom 5 Bathroom Villa. We recently purchased this home because we love the area and the Calabay Parc community due to its beautiful and safe neighborhood along with its close proximity to Disney World and all the theme parks as well as great golf courses. Tons of restaurants 10 minutes away in Champions Gate and along the HWY 192 Corridor.
The house boasts a covered lanai with a private pool and spa, (heating for an extra charge), with ample outdoor seating. So you can relax and unwind after a long day at the theme parks, golf courses or shopping. Large comfortable great room with 55” Smart TV and Bluetooth sound bar to stream music.
For the chef in the family a newly remodeled kitchen with Quartz countertops, is fully stocked with appliances, pots pans and dinnerware, etc.
2 master bedrooms with en-suites, King bed on the 1st floor, Queen bed on the 2nd floor.
This is a self-catering property but we do offer a good starter pack of amenities such as coffee, soap, shampoo and conditioner as well as some laundry and dishwasher detergent.
