Sunny Side Up will entertain your family and friends from the moment you arrive. The main floor is comprised of the living room, dining room/kitchen, three bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. Hang out in the living room watching a movie, reading a book, or sharing a conversation about the day’s adventures. The kitchen features everything that the cook of the group could need to surprise everyone with homemade meals, snacks, and delicious breakfasts. The grill master will just be steps away on the back deck, barbequing on the gas grill and serving up alfresco style on the extra-long picnic table with ample seating.
Head downstairs to the fully finished basement, a family-friendly retreat all about entertainment with a Ping-Pong table, a 9-foot shuffleboard, an NBA arcade game, plenty of board, card games, puzzles, and a lounging area for (high-speed Starlink) WiFi streaming on the TV. You’ll also find a second refrigerator to keep your drinks cool and snacks close by. A third full bathroom, a twin bed, and a washer/dryer are also found on the lower level. Traveling with a little one? A porta-crib, sound machine, baby bathtub, booster highchair, and a baby gate are provided. Have fun playing various lawn games outside (Ladder Ball, Connect 4, and Cornhole) and relaxing in the Adirondack chairs by the wood-burning firepit in the backyard - tell stories about how big the fish that got away was and make s’mores.
Wanna get out on the lake? The exclusive gated community water and boat ramp access, picnic/pavilion, and beach area are just right around the corner (3-minute drive).
When you want to head out and explore the local attractions, you won’t have to venture far. This entertainment retreat is only a mile from Lake Anna Boardwalk, featuring Tim’s at Lake Anna Seafood Restaurant, Moo Thru (a seasonal ice cream parlor), a pizza/sandwich shop, an arcade, mini-golf and LKA Watersports (jet ski and boat rentals). If a cold drink sounds good after a full day or a day of touring the local watering holes, the Lake Anna Tap House, Cooling Pond Brewery, and Coyote Hole Ciderworks are all within a ten-minute drive! Lake Anna Winery and Fifty-Third Winery are favorite stops as well. Many of the venues offer regular entertainment as well. Other local restaurants are within six miles.
