It is well known that most homes in this beautiful area do experience some plane noise when outside. However, our guests can take comfort in the knowledge that the house has been specifically designed with double glazing and concrete walls to minimise external noises to ensure they can fully rest and recover.
We also want to assure our guests that there is a flight curfew in place from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. which means that there will be no flights during these hours. Moreover, most of our past guests have found that the noise level is not a significant issue, and that the property is still a peaceful and enjoyable place to stay.

The home is secure and private, modern and tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything you will need during your stay.
Inside the home is spacious, with double height ceilings in living area. The kitchen and dining area look out over the heated magnesium pool and idyllic courtyard with large day bed plus 2 sun lounges. The pool is heated to 27 degrees so you can enjoy an extended swimming season. Just when you thought the Gold Coast couldn't get any more relaxed you arrive over the hill and into Tugun. This southern Gold Coast suburb is so laid-back that locals fondly call her Tugz (pronounced choog-s).
It boasts one of the biggest and some say best beaches on the Gold Coast and on a good day, you may bag a breaker or two, but the real charm of Tugun lays in its homey streets, café culture and fish and chip shops.
It's a relaxing step back from the glitz of the Gold Coast and simply a salty suburb for strolling and sunbaking, hanging out at the surf club and mixing with the locals. Just don't be surprised if by the end of a stay here, you too, will be calling her Tugz.
If you have a vehicle you will be minutes from the M1 or Gold Coast Highway.
UBER is also readily available in the area, as are taxis and buses. Buses are just a short stroll away and shuttles are readily available to and from the airport.
If you have come to kick back and relax, then a car is not essential, as you can walk on flat paths absolutely everywhere!
Easy flat walk to all cafes, restaurants and Tugun Surf Club.

Strict no party policy.
No smoking, Vaping or drug use on the property.
Maximum number of guests is 6 and no additional guests are to visit the property without consent of the host. ONLY booked guests are to sleep at the property.
No hens/bucks parties.
No Schoolies.
No glassware in or around the pool area.
Do not apply hair dye during your stay, as it leaves stains in the bathroom. The cleaning fee covers standard cleaning. You will be charged for additional hours required if the house is left in an unacceptable manner.
No pets are to be brought onto the property at any time.
We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made that do not comply with these conditions. Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in loss of bond, immediate termination or additional charges.
Replacement of a lost garage remote will result in an additional charge of $200.
You must turn off fans and air conditioner and close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the property.
Garage door must be closed and remote returned to kitchen bench.
