Designed and built in the 1930s, sitting on 30 acres of rolling Peninsula hills, and with the house surrounded by 3 acres of manicured English gardens, you'll feel like you've got the whole state to yourself, but in reality, you'll be just a 7-minute drive to the coast, 15 minutes to the near town, and a short drive from some of Australia's best restaurants and vineyards.
The main house is tastefully decorated with simple and warm tones. Enter into the living space and sit on one of the sofas or armchairs. There are multiple seating areas, perfect for larger groups or those just looking to spread out. The family room greets you with a cozy atmosphere, hardwood floors, and comfortable furnishings. Relax on the sectional sofa with the family after a long day exploring the vineyard and farm right outside.
The other sitting room includes a plush couch overlooking the fireplace. This room is perfect for entertaining with its grand piano and welcoming ambience. With a floor-to-ceiling entertainment centre with a flat-screen TV and bookshelves, the space is open and filled with natural sunlight from the large window.
The spacious kitchen includes everything you need to cook up a meal from home. The space is open and wonderfully sunlit.
