This is the house for you if you're looking for a quiet and peaceful retreat. Do not book if you're looking for a party house. Loud partying will be not tolerated. Max number of guests is 10.
This spacious 1,911 sq ft coastal home is ideal for large families or two families to share and entertain. Walk into a bright, open floorplan with modern kitchen with large island for casual dining. The dining area has a sitting area and dining table and chairs to seat everyone and has sliding patio doors opening to the sparkling pool. Off the kitchen there is a large living room with big screen TV perfect for lounging and sliding patio doors leading out to the pool.
Relax in the private backyard pool with sun loungers, covered patio area with table and chairs and gas grill for outdoor entertaining. The pool has a mesh child safety fence around it that stays up year round but can be requested to be taken down for a small fee.
At the end of the day, retreat into your own private space with 4 bedrooms. There are two master bedroom suites and two guest bedrooms. The oversized master suite with full bathroom is in a private upstairs quarter off the living room. The other 3 bedrooms are downstairs off a hallway with a master bedroom suite with full bathroom and sliding patio doors that lead out to the pool, two guest bedrooms and a hall full bathroom. There is also a sofa bed in the living room.

Parking:
Max 3 cars allowed. 2 cars in driveway and 1 car on street parking. Do not park in the garage or on the lawn.
Other things to note:
This home is located in a residential neighborhood. Please keep noise to a minimum at all times as to not disturb the neighbors. NO LOUD MUSIC anytime. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM daily. Host reserves the right to terminate a reservation if the guests disturb the neighbors and disregard house rules.
• There are three sets of sliding glass doors that lead to the pool and patio area. There is a safety alarm on each one of these doors.
• The BBQ grill and fireplace require propane to use. It is the responsibility of the guest to refill propane if desired. The host will not be responsible for any liabilities, losses, or damages arising from the guests' use of the propane. Use at your own risk.
• Trash pickup days are on Mondays and Thursdays. Please place trash bins at the end of the driveway the night before pick up.
• Your host has provided an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish detergent, etc.. In addition to regular towels, the host also supplies beach towels. Starter supplies are NOT unlimited supplies, be prepared for a food and supply trip to the multiple grocery stores nearby.
• Number of guests in your reservation must be an accurate count. MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS IS TEN. Host reserves the right to terminate a reservation if guest maximum is exceeded.
• The primary booking party must be a minimum age of 25 years old. Host reserves the right to terminate a reservation if guest does not meet the age minimum.
About the area:
Just an 8 minute drive to 5th Ave beach access off Gulf Blvd, the main beach access to beautiful
Indian Rocks Beach, known as one of the best family beaches. It has wide open soft white sands
with nearby waterfront outdoor dining, water sports rentals, beach shops and mini golf. Short
drive to other nearby beaches, the famous Clearwater and St. Pete Beach. The surrounding
town of Seminole has plenty of restaurants and an outdoor shopping center called Seminole
City Center, movie theater, nearby Walsingham Park with playground as well as Pinellas Trail, a
walking and biking path that winds around the county. Yellowbanks just over IRB's main bridge
has Florida grown citrus, jams, souvenirs and freshly made orange and vanilla ice cream and St.
Pete/ Clearwater Airport is 20 minutes from this home and Tampa International is around 45 minutes from the home.
