This spacious 2200sq foot beachside home in New Smyrna Beach (NSB)is now available for vacation rental. This is an newly acquired and renovated rental home so unfortunately we do not have any reviews as of yet. However it had been a rental property for several years and has a history of many repeat guests, renting for up to 3 months or longer! ***Note : We will be offering a 20 % discount to our first 3 guests (with a 3 week minimum stay) to help establish our New Airbnb home!
The house is tastefully decorated in coastal style and fully furnished.

This vacation oasis offers an airy open floor plan. The LR has a flat screen tv, books and games and plenty of comfy seating. It opens to both the sun lit DR with large table and seating for 6,
and the kitchen. The large kitchen with S.S. appliances, microwave and coffee maker, has plenty of cabinetry and a tiled peninsula which seats an additional 6 . It is fully equipped with silverware, dishes,, glasses ( wine, margarita, mules, champagne ) pots and pans and bakeware. If do find there is something else you need please let us know so we can help out! The laundry room off the kitchen has both washer/ dryer and also has a folding table, iron and ironing board. There are 3 spacious en-suite bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. They both have a king size bed, dresser, night stands and closet.. The nicely appointed and tiled bathrooms contain a double vanity, shower and closet. The third bedroom is on the first floor, it holds a queen size bed,!nightstands amen dresser. All towels, linens, pillows, and blankets are provided!
There is also a den/ office on the 2nd floor between the other 2 bedrooms . Here you not only will find a desktop with chair, bunk bed for extra sleeping space and a couch for relaxing.
The 2nd floor Balcony has a nice view, awesome breezes, a table for dining and a wicker bar with stools for your sunset cocktails ( yes, there is a blender in the kitchen as well as wine glasses😀) If you’re lucky you might also catch a view of a Space Center rocket launch!
The front patio has a dining table for your coffee, breakfast and newspaper as well as being a great spot for people watching! You will see plenty of people with surf boards, skateboards, bikes, golf carts, dog walkers, children, teens, young and old! This is a vibrant and friendly neighborhood. Definitely not a 50 plus only community!
The private back yard and covered stone patio has a large picnic table, gas grill and a wonderful in-ground heated pool that has two reclining built in beach loungers to enjoy if you prefer a change from the beach.
You will be 200’ to a drive-on beach with miles of white sand, surf and lots of sun. Surfers, body boarders, swimmers, runners, bikers, picnicking fun or just relaxing are a constant here ! You are also only an easy 6 block walk or drive to beachside Main Street, which is known as Flagler Ave. Here you will enjoy live music, cute shops, casual and fine dining, wine walks, beer strolls, a drive on beach ramp, fun in the sun and a sunny vibrant night life! In NSB there is always something to do both day and night. “Im bored” is a phrase never heard here!
Mainland NSB also has its own Main Street, Canal St. Here with a different vibe you will again find plenty of dining options, a local brewery, outdoor concerts, cruise nights, food trucks, farmers markets, more great shopping, an active art scene with galleries and walks, a performing arts theater, and a beautiful park and marina as well. The lit up palm trees are a sight to behold at night, especially during Christmas!
NSB is on the east coast of Florida on Coronado Island. It is famous for it’s beautiful beaches and sunshine. Many call it a “mini Key West’’ but
most just call it “paradise”!!!!
Plenty of other nearby attractions await you as well! You will be close enough to visit Orlando Disney, Epcot and Sea world. You can also visit Cape Canaveral space station, Blue Springs National park where hundreds of manatees live, the famous Daytona 500 speedway, the historical town of St Augustine, and so much more!

We came for a short visit and never left!
