Parfait pour y relaxer après une journée de plein air, de golf ou de ski. À 5 min. de marche du premier télésiège et à 7min du village piétonnier. Navette gratuite disponible entre le condo et la montagne/village piétonnier. Tout près du golf Le Géant (fermé) et Le Diable, de la plage du Lac Tremblant, 2 km du casino. Stationnement privé et stationnement pour visiteur. Cuisine entièrement équipée et BBQ privé. Lit king dans la chambre des maîtres. Lit queen + 2 lits simples dans la seconde chambre. Bien équipé pour enfants (chaise haute, parc bébé, jouets, vaisselles). Terrasse privée niveau jardin idéale pour l'apéro et en symbiose avec la nature. By booking with us, you are giving your consent to follow all of the following regulations. Please take care of our condo as if it were your own. We are reassured when travelers care about our condo.
- Please do not deliberately stain the carpets and damage the furniture. It is appreciated that you take your shoes off in the condo. *** If we note that the condo is not in its original condition and that it is necessary to pay additional costs for cleaning, we reserve the right to charge you the additional costs for cleaning.
*** In the event of damage to the condo, we reserve the right to charge you a fee of
$ 500.
-When you leave, do not forget to return the 3 cards (2 parking passes and 1 pool card) inside the condo. *** If not, a fee of $ 100 / card will be requested.
*** We ask you to communicate with us quickly in case of emergency (ex: water damage)
-It is important to respect the number of travelers that you registered during the reservation (max 6 persons) and that the person who reserved is present in the condo.
-Important to respect the time for the Check in & Check out: 4PM / 11 am
Please note checkout cannot be later than 11h, especially during the busy periods.
-The primary traveler must be 21 years of age or older. It is not allowed to smoke.
-No Parties allowed

• Please dispose of all garbage and recycling in the bins located outside (parking area)
• Please start the dishwasher, if necessary
• Don’t forget to leave the 3 passes inside the condo (2 for parking and 1 for the pool)
• Close and lock the windows and doors
• Ensure BBQ tank is closed
• Please do not leave your car in the parking space 205-1 after check out time

***En cas de dommages au condo, nous nous réservons le droits de vous charger un frais de 500$.
-À votre départ, ne pas oublier de remettre les 3 cartes (2 passes de stationnement et 1 carte piscine) à l’intérieur du condo. ***Si non, des frais de 100$/carte vous seront demandés.
***Nous vous demandons de communiquer avec nous rapidement en cas d'urgence (ex: dégât d'eau)
-Il est important de respecter le nombre de voyageur que vous avez inscrit lors de la réservation (max 6 personnes) et que la personne qui a réservée soit présente dans le condo.
-Important de respecter heure d'arrivée et départ : 16h00 / 11h00
SVP noter que le départ ne peut se faire après 11h, surtout en périodes occupées.
-Le voyageur principal doit être âgé de 21 ans ou plus
-Il n'est pas permis de fumer.
-Nous acceptons que les petits chiens bien entraînés et un seulement.
-À respecter lors de votre départ svp:
• Déposez les poubelles, le recyclage et le composte dans les contenants à l’extérieur (stationnement)
• Partir le lave-vaisselle, si nécessaire
• Fermez et barrez les portes, fenêtres et lumières
• Assurez-vous que la bonbonne du BBQ est bien fermée
• SVP ne pas laisser votre véhicule dans le stationnement 205-1 après l’heure de check out
