- Wheelchair Access: Access via glass slider at front of the property but there is a small sill of the door frame to cross. Stairs to the second floor but the downstairs floor has a bathroom, kitchen and bedrooms.
- There is a wood heater in the upstairs lounge, and a split air con system in the downstairs living.
- There are no wardrobes in the downstairs bedrooms.
- For firewood: The nearest collection point/store would be Batemans Bay which is about a 10-minute drive. Some petrol stations have firewood and also collection can be made at Bunnings.
