The space
You will be welcomed with open arms and into a friendly environment every moment of your stay. Assistance will be given to you to get acquainted with the surrounding areas. If you love large space, security, and cleanliness, this property is for you. This is a fully furnished, clean, beautiful, townhouse in affluent Windsor Green community. The entire house is newly and fully renovated -- everything inside is NEW, including the walls, ceiling, flooring, lightings, and all the appliances. A designated parking is reserved for you.
The townhouse has 2 levels, and a ground level entrance door (with a smart lock) leading into the livingroom, and a fenced-backyard patio furnished with a bench and an umbrella for your evening relaxation. Before the livingroom, a short set of stairway steps lead to the two (2) bedrooms on the upper (2nd) level. The bottom ground level features a fully furnished kitchen, laundry room, living/dining rooms, heating/cooling system, height-adjustable work desk, wall-mounted tv, and a half bathroom; while the upper floor has 2 bedrooms, each has exclusive private bathroom with a standing shower, vanity, and wall-mounted tv's, queen-size bed, sheets and comforters, dresser/mirror, night stand, towels, tissue papers, soap, and other cleaning supplies/toiletries, and iron/ironing board. The flooring is a combination of hardwood, ceramics, and rug/carpet.
The kitchen is new and clean and equipped with full fridge, cooker (range), oven, microwave, coffee maker, dish washer, pots, pans, plates, cups, spoons/folks, toaster/oven, electric water boiler, air fryer, kitchen utensils, complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, peper, salt, etc.
Though the community is relatively safe and peaceful, there are security cameras only in the front and back of the building (outsides), and you can access the unit by using keyless lock. The cameras are there for your security. There is no camera inside the property.
Guest access
The guest will occupy and use the entire house, including the kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom, bathrooms, laundry room, closets, and all the appliances. No part is shared with any other guests or host. The shed at the backyard, and storage closet are off limit; they are used for storage and are exclusively accessible for the cleaners/host only.
