This backyard area features a new modern style automated pool with a Heater, Salt Water System, and LED lights. The pool is surrounded by luscious landscaping and spacious surroundings. Multiple sitting and outdoor dining areas, plenty of grass for cornhole or other activities, plus inground pullup bar for those family and friends that get competitive. It's perfection for lounging, outdoor dining, and many group/family activities! A couple of other features that should be mentioned outside are the multiple sets of string lights, the waterfall feature next to the patio area, and the Tesla charger for electrical cars!

Nestled in the beautiful and secluded Riverside Park neighborhood with peace and quiet, and close to multiple parks, while also being a short drive/uber or even bike ride away to everything the city has to offer (see The Neighborhood section of this listing)
Once you head inside to the interior of this home, you will be just as delighted as you were with the inside. Some important features are the 65 inch Samsung TV with surround sound setup, brand new modern wood art designed banquet dining table in the sunroom, fireplace, and most importantly the MASTER BEDROOM SUITE! The master bedroom encompasses the entire second floor penthouse of the home. The spacious room overlooks the pool and comes equipped with a large bathroom area with multiple sinks, jacuzzi style bath tub, sit in shower with multiple showerhead options plus a STEAM ROOM FEATURE!, and a walk in closet fit for any wardrobe.

This fee can be paid to us directly, after your booking is confirmed. Please just make this request a day or two before your arrival and we will make sure a staff member drops them off for your stay!
