House books fast:
1. Please answer, # in party & intent while visiting in home.
2. Holidays Especially Christmas Events go fast so we recommend booking months in advance (decorated to suite including 10ft tree & decor that matches the home)
3. No Holding of spaces (Book immediately to reserve your spot)
4. Garage not accessible.

I’ve enjoyed hosting numerous guests including business professionals, employees, families vacationing in the area, as well as guests who are relocating to Dallas or currently seeking housing while remodeling their home.

Please know that we do use scents-plugins in our home to create an aromatic environment.

Note: Please DON'T lock the bottom lock on the front door when leaving the property. The smart lock will automatically lock after a few seconds pass.

Quiet Hours from - 10PM - 8AM
1st report of excessive noise = Warning
2nd report of excessive noise = $200 fine and/or termination of reservation without refund.

You will be charged an additional $150 cleaning fee if the property is left extremely dirty.

This is a smoke-free home, no smoking of any kind. No smoking of any substance including vaping in the home. For your convenience, you may enjoy your cigarette smoking in the backyard only. Please dispose of your cigarette butts in provided ASH TRAYS ONLY not on the ground or in the yard.

Violators will be charged $200 + any fees to conduct a deep cleaning of the property

We love animals but we chose to make this home pet-free due to many people being allergic. No Pets are allowed inside the home.

If you bring a pet without our consent, there will be a $250 fee and we do reserve the right to terminate your reservation without a refund.

If you need a late checkout, please contact us. We cannot guarantee a late checkout at any time. If you stay 10 minutes past the 11AM check out time without approval, you will be charged for that listing's base nightly rate without discounts. The fee does not award you an extra day. Violation of this rule would be considered trespassing.

If you require additional services such as catering, outdoor grilling, hosting a small gathering, or etc, please reach out prior to booking about your full intentions for the space and we can discuss further.

You will need to state your full intentions before booking is approved, if you do something outside what was originally stated you will risk your booking ending early.
